という定義がきちんとできていなかった。
本当の自分ではなく、○○という組織の自分ということしか外に出してこなかった。しかし、それではいけない。これからはもう少し、自分個人のブランドを作っていこうと思う。いや実は自分はこういうものなんです、ということをもっと積極的にいうことにしたいと思う。
これが今回のイベントの教訓の一つ。
